Lynn Richards
As our Pulborough Befriends Co‑ordinator, Lynn plays an important role delivering befriending support aimed at reducing chronic loneliness and social isolation and improving mental wellbeing in Pulborough and the surrounding villages.
Lynn is the main point of contact for clients and volunteers involved in the befriending service where volunteer friends are paired with people who are chronically lonely, arranging regular visits in the home or in the local community.
Lynn treasures time with her family, especially her three grandchildren, and finds joy and wellbeing being outside in the natural world whether walking, gardening, or visiting gardens. She also loves creative pursuits, particularly quilting and crochet. Her faith is an important part of her life and, when she is able, she worships at Pulborough Brooks Baptist Church.
