Start the week with the gentle exercises known as Tai Chi. The slow, smooth body movements produce a state of relaxation of both body and mind. Our expert teacher ensures that all in the class can benefit from what is probably the most popular form of exercise in the world, with many enthusiasts in the USA and about 10 million practitioners in China. Tai Chi is an exercise system suitable for people of all ages.

We meet every Monday and Friday (in term time only) in the United Reformed Church (in Lower Street, Pulborough) as follows:
Improvers 9:00 – 10:00 Mixed ability 9:00 – 10:00
Advanced 10:05 – 11:05
Beginners 11:10 – 12:10
A taster session for newcommers is £5 and thereafter payment for a whole term is required. This can be paid in one or two installments, still costing £5 per session.
